Khmer Farmer Garden (KFG) comes from the division of the Peri-Urban Agriculture Cooperative (PUAC) into two entities, the Marketing Unit (KFG) and the Production Unit (remaining PUAC).
KFG was setup since 2011 for the purpose of marketing high quality horticultural products and provide services necessary to support and promote sustainable agriculture and organic farming in Cambodia. KFG currently supplies a wide range of locally produced agricultural goods including local and European vegetables, Kampot pepper, Kampong Speu sugar palm, organic rice, red rice, Battambang orange, pomelo, taro, farm-range poultry products and different fruits to its customers. KFG sales help to improve incomes of small-scale and poor farmers living in remote areas of Cambodia.
